The agency, business, or organization is often both the author and publisher. You may describe the nature of the document in brackets

A report from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) states that "while the burden of antibiotic-resistance threats in the United States was greater than initially understood, deaths are decreasing since the 2013 report" (2019, p. vii).


Press Release or Briefing

Below we have to two examples: a standard press release from the CDC and a transcript of a press briefing. They are treated similar, however, the bracketed description changes.
