The Library's themed wellness kits provide creative and relaxing options to practice self-care. Each kit includes an assortment of items to choose your own adventure and level up your next study break. 

Digital Detox

With our Digital Detox Wellness Kit, use binoculars and a birdwatching guide to decompress with local wildlife. Color, sketch, or journal on the go with travel-ready art supplies. Hang out on a waterproof blanket outside or use a noise machine to bring nature sounds to your own space. Complete your outdoors time by practicing mindfulness with the Nature Meditations card deck.

Calm Creations

With our Calm Creations Wellness Kit, you can add a creative touch to your day! Paint with water with a mini Buddha board, find some inspiration with a doodle book, or practice mindfulness with scratch art. With colored pencils, markers, and a fun coloring book included, you can decide how to express your own creativity. This kit also includes Harmonies, a dreamy board game for 1-4 players, and legos for those who prefer to get creative with blocks.

Mindful Moments

Our Mindful Moments Wellness Kit encourages you you to take a step back and be present in the moment. Build legos, make a puzzle, or paint-by-sticker to bring some mindfulness to your day. Practice breathing exercises with Ollie the Owl or meditate with the relaxing sounds of a singing bowl. The kit also includes somatic exercise cards for stress relief and a star projector to explore galaxies in your own space. Add an entry to our community gratitude journal and explore past entries to find positivity and encouragement. 

Peaceful Pause

Need to destress? Our Peaceful Pause Wellness Kit includes a light therapy lamp, weighted lap pad, and eye massager to bring some relaxation to your day. Practice positive affirmations with the Little Frog card deck and book, and take a moment for yourself by watching the gentle motion of the color and sand bubblers.
